Spartan Workout

Im gonna see if this shit works.
Before starting your first week insure you stretch before you start the workout AND afterwards. I made the mistake of not stretching before and after my workout on monday and it's friday and my legs are still aching.
So far the workout is in a beginner status so when I am doing the first week I either have to up the weight I use or sets but it's important to stretch your muscles. I don't work out my legs so when I followed the plan my legs were a bit surprised to be as concentrated on as they normally aren't so they tightened and are now almost done repairing. I will not make this mistake again, as I say laughing, because my legs fucking kill me still especially walking up and down stairs.
