>Lucky Bubble Shield

Dreamcast%20Gamepad.pngThis was my first attempt at making a Halo 3 video. It's not perfect (Obviously I'm using myspace to upload the shit) but like I said it's the first attempt. Hopefully I should have more to come soon. Enjoy The Lucky Bubble Shield.

The OG Edos

Dreamcast%20Gamepad.pngWhat up people? I supposed I should start out by saying awesome work to Shane for putting this up. *Insert applause* It looks good and has some awesome potential!

rough_metal_crysis_logo.jpgOn that note, I need to start off by telling you that Crysis is the craziest thing I've seen in years (And by years I mean my lifetime). I've never seen something to out of this world realistic that I felt remorseful when killing the enemy. Just so you have an understanding of what I'm trying to say . Are you kidding me? The game looks better than the real life shot! I tripped balls over this for hours. I can't even begin to describe how awesome this game is. Anyway, fucking play this game. Tell your friend that has a baller PC to buy it. Speaking of which, you can only play a game of this magnitude if your going to play it on PC. The 360 and PS3 hold no comparison.

In other news, Halo 3 will be releasing the first map pack on Dec 11. Actually, I should rephrase. They will be putting the maps ON SALE on Dec 11th. They not only want you to buy a $120 game, but they also want you to pay for your new maps. They will be free in the spring when they release the next map pack.

Well, this is madly taking time away from my Halo3/Crysis game time so...

Hmmmm, let's see.

Dreamcast%20Gamepad.pngPlaying Xbox 360 THROUGH Window's Media Center. NO!

Try getting a one second delay. Oh I want to click that........... ..... ..... click. Damnit!

It's even a puzzle choosing items from a drop down box or a menu. No no no, yeah right there, noo! Back one! No... two.. Shit!  Not cool Microsoft.

On another note, I have about two hours left at work with a few more things to do. I wish I didn't have anything to do so I can plug in my 360, blah.

More media has been uploaded. Check out the media section.

Oddly Enough

188-bum-bogota.jpgI arrive to 711 to pick up an energy drink (graveyard shift) and as I am walking back out to my car I hear someone mumbling a full sentence. I'm like what the hell and look up to a bum looking at me with his eyes wide open waiting for a response. I go, "Huh?"

"Duba hai a pans n's swears?"

"Sweaters?"

"Yuh"

Now at this point I assumed he was saying sweaters as small talk BECAUSE I was out in a 50 degree environment in a t-shirt so I said "Oh yea, haha" and turned back around. But then he asked me again... this time I heard him.

"Do you want to buy pants and sweaters?" holding his only black Hefty trash bag out in front of him.

My first thought is, did a bum just try to sell me pants and sweaters in a trash bag? I don't think irony is the right word for this.

Gays N' Roses

Ever since Cory explained to me his hatred for Guns N' Roses it's made me despise it whenever they come on the alternative rock stations. If you think about it they are like two to three hit wonders. Everything else, including the whiny voice, is just intolerable.

Assassins Creed

The long awaited critically acclaimed stealth action, "Game of the Year"  finally hits shelves!

assassins-creed-20060921105332117.jpg

Only problem is Gamestop's automated notification process, which was suppose to call me and let me know that the game I reserved six months ago finally came in, never notified me. Anyway, I ran to Gamestop regardless and bought the last copy, popped it in... AAANNNDDDD ... was absolutely satisfied. So far it seems you are a modern day (maybe even more in the future) guy who is being performed on by these mad scientists who force you to stay stationary in the gurnee you initially awoke from, if you don't then they offered a mandatory induced coma followed by death. You obviously decide to lay back down. Anyway these scientist want something from you that you can barely fathom or believe but the future's technology is incredibley advanced. Apparently you carry memories passed down by your ancestors who were part of the Assassin's Guild and the scientist's are craving these visions' and information.  A neat face plate extractor for memories prompts you and it's pretty neat actually because you can turn your head and the plate is actually interactive which is cool. This is a way to view your "memories" which probably serves as a "Choose your Mission" type of HUD. Anyway they basically tell you that they can't grab a certain memory because your mind completely ignores any type of interaction with it and your main goal is to stimulate it for the scientists (it's obviously towards the end of the spectrum (one of the last missions)) so they start you off at the first memory and it's more a less a story starter/tutorial. I assume you are then induced into a coma and thats how you enter these memories and play as Altiar. So far the game acts great and I can tell once I get the controls down I'll have a blast.

Problems: Only thing so far is accidently running into walls with nothing to interact with, you produce a half-assed jump and hover for a bit then come back down which may be time consuming when you're making that mad dash away from guards.
