Week Eight; Workout Guide
Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 2:57PM Holy hell, week eight of the Men's Workout Guide is finally finished. This workout sometimes gets the best of me in ways of where I feel so burnt out especially with the super setting weeks seven and eight brought to the table. Today I felt light headed and nauseas. Thank god I finished it.
